Happy valentines day you filthy animals.
I took advantage of the said commercial vomitorium by ordering a cook at home Ramen Kit. I'll come on to that in a sec.
Because it is Friday. And Friday's are what Friday's are... I baked some bread. A spelt loaf. I also let that loaf over prove. But it turned into a pretty tasty old-school bit of bread.
Lorne sausage and egg on a morning roll. I'll share the recipe for tattie scones, since they include the sausage, but the vehicle for said soss was a roll.
Breakfast was enough to full us up until dinner.
Ramen!
I've used cook-at-home ramen kits before and although tasty they just of miss the mark. This was not so. It was very rich and delicious. A dribble on your chin turned into a sticky smooch.
My only complaint is that it is our god given right as human beings to have a soy marinaded egg on our ramen. This is non negotiable. Extra cost? Get fucked. I also think they could have snuck in a sheet of dried seaweed each and barely any cost to them. Hey ho.
